Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness I called him to schedule an estimate, he said he was not in a good spot to check his calendar and would call back. Never called me back. I tried calling him again, and he would not answer or return my call.

He came when he said he would, diagnosed my AC Unit advised me the problem and how much to fix! He came back next day as scheduled and fixed my Central Air Unit! He was professional and Knew what he was doing! I would recommend him to anyone Thank You Tin Man for making it Cool again! Great Job

Needed air unit installed and called for an appointment for an estimate. Got it scheduled and he was a no call no show. Husband and I called him back twice with no response.
