They have done our heating and air conditioning for the past 15 years. The service men continue to provide good advice and quality work whenever they come to check my furnace or air conditioner. The estimate they gave me for the work they were going to do was dead on what I had to pay. It was nice to know that they didn't go over budget without asking me.

I've attemped to do buisness with them on two separate occasions. The first time i never received a call back for over a month and thier excuse was my paperwork got lost in a pile on someone's desk. Against my better judgement i called them again a few weeks ago because i try to support local buisness, all i needed was a part for a garage furnace.
Once again have yet to receive a call back. That's no way to handle customers and i certainly won't attempt to do business with them a third time. Save yourself the headache and call someone else who cares about thier customers.
