I want to say thank you to A & B Heating and Cooling for an outstanding job they did on replacing my duct work and relocating my air condition unit to a more accessible area. My house has honestly not stayed the accurate temperature since we have had our house and has not been as cool as it is! We should have gotten them to do this work years ago! We highly recommend them to anyone. They were very professional and we could not be more pleased with their work. Thank you again!

Harold Ellington came out today after I called first thing this morning when my air wouldn't work! Not only did they fit me in-he was so nice and fixed my problem super quick-and also explained what happened! Definitely recommend!

Contacted On Sunday afternoon and they had plumbers here at 10am Monday to replace my leaking Hot Water Heater. Took about 2 hours and done! This is the second time I've used them. The first time was for a bad AC unit, same service called late in day and they were here next day! Would highly recommend A&B Service: Water heater installation

I wanted to give a complement to this business. After 16 years our heat pump/AC stopped heating our home during the Christmas break. It was a bit chilly but by turning on the EMER Heat we got by. A&B replaced my in-laws heat pump the past year and did a great job. No issues at all. So I called them, what surprised me was how fast they responded. Within a week they came by and did a survey and by the end of the week we had a new Carrier heat pump.

The guys that did the install were great and very friendly. I probably talked to them more than I should have but they were patient. I highly recommend A&B. It's been a couple weeks and our heat pump/AC unit is working perfect. Also, I need to add the new unit is amazingly quiet.

A&B Heating is the best HVAC Company I have experienced. I have been doing business with Jeremy for over 20 years. This business operates with integrity, they are very timely, knowledgeable and Jeremy and his technicians will be truthful and honest with you up front. Harold is the best as well as the other technicians. They will come out even on a holiday if you are having issues.

Please give them a call for any of your HVAC needs and Jeremy you are more than welcome to distribute my name and number as a reference. I will only call A&B Heating for my HVAC needs.

I initially contacted the company because of my unit not coming on April 2020. It took 3 trips to fix it and communication difficulties but it's kind of fixed. Now I am contacting them again for the same reason, been leaving messages since this weekend, still no response. 11/27/2021. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They finally came out on the 22nd per our email correspondence of no charge and to only replace the control board.

The tech comes, says he wont change it because nothing is wrong with it but changes the thermostat which nothing was wrong also, says he was going to talk with his supervisor on the possible fix. I have not heard anything back until I get an invoice by mail for a diagnosis charge. No sir, against our correspondence and no notice on if I do this then there will be a fee. DISAPPOINTED

The administration and staff of this company is second to none. They have given expert advice, prompt service and professional customer service with great prices. I certainly recommend and call them my regular heat and air company. Five stars! Thanks guys.

On Oct 14th I had the pleasure of first using A&B. They came out checked our unit discussed our options. We agreed on an option and today as scheduled they replaced our old unit. Everyone that I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were great. Recommend them highly.

Darren took care of us bigtime! Our AC went out and he fit us into his packed schedule first thing in the morning. Great customer service. If you're going to have to pay $$$ to have a unit replaced, it is good to know you're in good hands with people who are willing to serve.

Excellent help in coordinating this new system around our schedule. This involved taking an older unit out - installing a new unit- repairing the area where the old unit was and installing new duct work and vents. Not only were the technicians efficient and friendly but they left the areas they worked in clean and attractive! There seemed to be a reliable and thorough line of communication between the salesman and the installers. he shared our concerns and requests and they were fully aware of our expectations. this is so important and makes their efficiency as a company top notch. did I mention the new system works great? It does and is so much quieter! Great experience- no reservations about recommending this company. thank you A and B Heating and Cooling!

Called after hours with problem. Darren Pace promptly returned my call and said he would be there in 30 minutes. He showed up on time and promptly fixed my AC unit. Very knowledgeable and super nice guy! I highly recommend A & B Heating & Cooling.

I would highly recommend A&B Heating & Cooling company. We had to replace the complete unit at my mother's home and they delivered on every promise made. From the initial phone call, to the salesman, Jeremy's quote, they were professional, reasonable and reliable.
