Excellent service! Jesse and his colleague were professional and friendly. They took care of our thermostat issue in a timely fashion. In face, our entire experience with AZ has been outstanding. We had a new AC unit and two new heating units installed, as well as a repositioning of an existing AC unit, so not a small job. I highly recommend them.

Andrew and his partner who came with him were very professional and considerate. They both wore masks and put booties over their shoes before coming into my house. Andrew explained everything that he will be doing on my A/C and went over the contract with me so I can have twice a yr. maintenance. Appreciate there advise and professionalism

First let me thank AZ for the professional response when I first called them. The entire process of getting an estimate to setting up an appointment was so easy and very professional. I had requested them to start the work an hour into the scheduled window and Pedro was waiting outside till the requested time. He explained to me clearly what he was going to do - the request was for Attic Fan installation.
He setup the app on my phone and explained me the features very clearly and then installed the fan without anyone in the house knowing somebody was working in the attic. The entire work took about an hour and the old fan and packaging for the new fan was cleared and was taken by them. I thank AZ and Pedro for the professional work they did and I recommend their services to anyone who is interested in doing any HVAC related work

I called for AC service as my upstairs room are over heated. AZ advisor suggested to have new thermostat and sensor for upstairs and dampers to cut the lower lever lair flow. Pedro came for the work and he seems very knowledgeable and professional on the work. He notice the damper was already installed which the advisor has not noticed. He finished work very nicely and gave great suggestions to maintain the air flow in the house. Thank you Pedro!

Eric R and his partner of AZ Air did the annual maintenance on my system. They covered their shoes with booties and used a drop cloth under the ladder when they went into my attic to check the furnace. I watched them check the AC system, add coolent and check various vents to see if the air was cooling to the right temperature. While they were doing their work, they ran an air quality sensor and showed me the report after the work was finished. They professionally performed their work without being intrusive on our activities. As expected since the system is only 3 years old, no issues were uncovered.

We called AZ to install an additional air return vent. Pedro, the technician was great. He graciously spent the time and effort to educate me on how the HVAC system works and advised me on what I should look out for. Pedro went out of his way to check on the related pipes to ensure that everything flows properly. I would highly recommend AZ!

We were searching for bids to replace our old furnace in the attic and received an excellent quote from AZ Air conditioning through Costco. They were also able to schedule the install in under a week. Pedro was the lead installer and had a very professional manner. He explained in detail exactly how the process would work and answered all of our questions. Pedro protected our walls and floors before starting and was very courteous as well.
Our new Lennox furnace is much quieter than the old one and the smart thermostat is a great bonus as we can access it from our phones anytime. Thank you Pedro and Jaime for a job well done and thank you AZ Air Conditioning for providing such a great service.
