We had an old AC. We tried small fixes, but ended up needing to purchase a new unit. All the efforts occurred within a few weeks period of time. Bryan Allen of Advanced Air was very good to us. He listened to what we wanted to do and told us clearly what were good ideas and what were unwise ideas. He gave us credit for the previous new parts when he finally replaced our entire unit. When we compared prices, we were shocked at how well Advanced Air was to us. We are grateful for their integrity. I highly recommend them!

I've hired Bryan from Advanced Air on 2 different occasions to fix a heater/AC unit. He's very honest and knowledgeable. I had another company try to get me to spend 6k for a new unit, they told me the whole thing was shot. I asked Advanced Air for a 2nd opinion and Bryan was able to fix it for about $265 in less than an hour. I will definitely call Advanced Air again.

Amazing service! They were able to come to help me with a last minute emergency late on a Friday! They kept their supply house open so they could help us out. My wife has cancer and going through chemo. For them to react the way they did and help us out means the world to us! Thank you for everything! On top of all that, they were extremely reasonable, very professional and explained everything as the tech was going through our ac unit. Thank you so much!

These guys are awesome. It was a Friday night, well after 7. I was out of town. The temps well over 95'. My wife called that the A/C was out. Advanced had someone by before 8 pm, to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem. They tried hard to get the parts on Saturday. In the end they helped us and deserve a huge pat on the back. #DEPENDABLE #RESPONSIVE #EXCEEDEXPECTATIONS
