A-1 Service Appliance

This is the WORST appliance company that you could possibly deal with. To be honest, they are not even capable in the business in my mind. There is only 1 technician and is either sick or unavailable. They could cancel your appointment without any prior notice the date of the appointment. Very disrespectful company and it's pretty pathetic that someone would want to work for them as well. When you promise something and took the money, you get to deliver. Simple as that.

They said they would repair my microwave for $75 which was great because most places refused to work on it. It needed a new door interlock which I broke by accident closing the door. They called me on the phone and said I needed a new magnetron and it wasn't worth fixing when I told them there was nothing wrong with the magnetron and I needed a new door lock they said it would be a $150 not worth fixing.

I brought it home to fix myself ordered the part and found out that they had attempted to fix it and blew out a circuit. They should have at least put the hood back on to make it look like they hadn't worked on it. What a bunch of dishonest.bleeps. I should probably take them to small claims court but it's not worth it especially when I worked on it myself and it would be my word against theirs

Supplies to replace imported appliances has been sketchy. Replacement with highly reviewed units is not an option in many cases. We need to bring manufacturing back to the US. Go Joe! Disassembly and install of a microhood door to put in a new handle on my workhorse 2001 GE Advantium required patience, knowledge, and some Macgyvering. My fridge door literally fell off onto the floor -- at 3:45 on a Friday! I taped it on with electrical tape and started calling around in a panic. A1 was the first to answer the phone by a (very nice) human. They asked for pics by email and in the meantime were contacting the repair tech immediately to see if they could get to me. I am writing this at 4:50 pm and my fridge is already fixed!

I kind of can't believe it. I was sure I would be waiting until Monday. Luckily the part was not broken but the "post" part had gone up inside the door and the bracket was very loose. The repair person Adam was able to fix it on the spot. He was super nice and easy to have around. I was kind of nervous about having a stranger in the house because of Covid but he was very conscientious and respectful, wore a mask the whole time (except taking off for the pic), and kept distance as much as possible in my small kitchen. I would happily recommend them and call again in future with any issues.

We have aging major appliances (Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher) and have had A-1 Service come service them several times over the past few years. They have always been prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Repairs have usually involved simple part replacements, and they always seem to have anticipated the part required and have it in their truck. We feel fortunate to have such a reliable outfit to call on.

Great place to do all your appliances and HVAC repairs at. I really like their prompt response to my calls. I had a broken wall heater for which I got two other companies before, and they could do nothing about it. When I called A1 Service, I spoke to Mark who was outstanding in his customer service potential. Mark kindly assigned Ahmad who is more than great. Ahmad could easily discover the damn issue, and only charged me a service call. I really appreciate their honesty, and I would recommend them for anyone with any repair. WELL DONE A ONE!

A1 is really number one when you need to do home service for any appliance. They are my neighbors, and I do like the fact that we have such a great place to repair home appliances and HVAC in our neighborhood. I trust their pricing which is way cheaper than other places that I have already tried before. They are really prompt in their response, and they offer the same day service at a very affordable price.

A1 is great for all appliance repairs. They're prompt, professional and very reasonably priced. They are upfront with all pricing, and really understand appliance repair. We've used them twice in the last two years. Once for an oven repair and once for a refrigerator repair. Both times, they told us we would pay for a visit, which would go against the total price of repair if we choose to go ahead with it. Their pricing is very fair, they supply all parts and did a prompt and professional repair job. We'll be calling them for all appliance repairs.

I do like those guys at A1 Service. They are very prompt and reasonably priced. My washer broke down last week, and they sent a great technician to fix it. Though I got a previous estimate from a different company for almost three hundreds, Mo could fix it for less than two hundred. Whenever you call ask for Mark. He is always great when it comes to customer service. Well done A1 service

I really like A1 service. It is my first choice for appliances and Hvac repair. What I like most about them is their reliability and their customer service. Whenever I call, the man working in the office is always friendly. I think his name is Marc. I remember that one day I had an issue with one of my appliances. I called the company, and Marc sent me Andy. Andy was more than excellent. Andy gave me a very good price on parts and labor, and even he gave me another senior discount. Thanks a lot Marc and Andy. Fantastic, fast service, thank you! My A/C unit stopped working on Sunday night. Emailed and called a couple places that night and by Monday morning 9:30 I had not heard back from anyone. So I called A-1. Mark answered and was extremely nice. He sent out Theodore, who came in less than an hour. Theodore was very nice and professional. He changed the filter, replaced the compressor and added fluid to the A/C unit. Got my A/C up and running in less than 30 minutes for a very fair price. I am a cool and happy customer!
