I had a non working thermostat after coming home from work. A have a 6 year old HVAC system, that I spent a good amount of money on. A-1 came out the same day that I put the call in. They said that my drain had clogged up and the safety switch turned off the AC. The technician, Art was knowledgeable, very nice, and very punctual. He said regular maintenance would have prevented or caught the problem of the line being completely clogged.

I want to take care of my investment and keep from running into high costs and repairs. So, I purchased a 3 visit maintenance contract, which covered today's visit and is half the price of 3 regular service visits. I highly recommend A-1. And, ,,,,t he owner does local charity work with a friend of mine. That's actually how I found them. You won't be disappointed!

I own a small bakery In Santa Clarita and when our AC goes down, we're out of Business until it's fixed. Calling around town for an emergency service proved to be quite a task, but A-1 took the call and immediately fit me into their already full schedule. Bill was phenomenal. A-1 Ocean Breeze is upfront and honest with their service and pricing. At my business I have a 3-door cooler that had an electrical problem. I explained the problem to the tech and he correctly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He did not oversell the repair and the total bill was very fair. Now my 13 year old cooler is back to it's normal operating condition. Thank you for the excellent service!

I've contracted with A1 Ocean Breeze for YEARS and have only had prompt, efficient, reasonably priced service from them. Arturo always has a smile and a kind word for me when he shows up bright & early at my bi-annual maintenance appointment. I highly recommend their service contract, as it includes priority appt. scheduling (great for those 105° days), as well as filter replacement.

Left two messages last week and never returned my call. Disappointing especially being a previous customer. Called Wilmers in Santa Clarita and they came out and did a great job. As they finished the job I had them remove the a-1 ocean breeze sticker previously placed on my AC unit. Irony.

I called A-1 Ocean Breeze, Inc. on Saturday morning because my upstairs unit was making a horrible noise. Bill answered my call and let me know that I would receive a call first thing Monday morning, from the office, to get scheduled. Kim called, as expected, and squeezed me in for Wednesday afternoon. However, I got a call from her later that morning because they had a cancellation in my area.

Not only did Art come out and repair my unit quickly and efficiently, but I wasn't charged an emergency fee, even though they came earlier than scheduled. It was definitely worth the wait. Reasonable prices, quick and efficient service, and very knowledgeable. Thanks guys!

Called them on the 17th of the month about a failed thru-wall air conditioner. Could not get an appointment until the 27th, TEN DAYS LATER. When the technician showed up--past his 3 hour appointment window--he acted surprised that the unit was not a central air conditioner. He took a look nevertheless and determined that the blower motor was bad. I asked for an estimate to repair and an estimate to replace.

He agreed. That was a Thursday. By the following Tuesday I gave up waiting. Called a different company that day and had a new unit installed on Thursday. A-1 Ocean Breeze doesn't seem to care about customer satisfaction.

Funny. The cooler was working fine for years on a separate circuit and all was fine. I think it's made up excuses to justify charging customers again. Still, service and standing by your work shouldn't be full of excuses.

A-1 Ocean Breeze replaced our Air Conditioning Compressor Unit several years ago. The replacement unit, which they recommended, was reasonably priced and has performed flawlessly. Recently we had the FAU and Compressor checked and serviced by A-1 and as before, we have been pleased with their approach to the work and explanations of our system's operating characteristics.

I hired A-1 to help figure out what was wrong with the A/C at my house Bill showed up on-time, explained everything that was wrong, fixed the problem quickly, and was very fair with his pricing. I strongly recommend them!

Had this company do a central AC system tune up. They were on time, and recommended a few other things to be done on their inspection. They explained everything that was done and what to look out for in the future. Cost were all presented up front, and they warranty their work.
